All of them work in respectable and well known companies and in reputable positions. Although, they have very smallish time for personal life, and their work-life balance is reduced to a minimum, they enjoy their work life more than their personal life. These individuals are all self-motivated they are driven by tough challenges and high achievement of success. Ac cording to Douglas, and Morris (2006), most workaholic people work for personal desire, they are seldom driven by the future outcome, rather what disturbes them is the need to complete their task and reach their goal. They all push themselves out of their comfort zone, to achieve what most of the people chiffoniernot. Some of the jobs allow the employees to travel all close to the world, which is preferred by a workaholic employee, but is seen as a hectic scheduled job by an average one. According to Kooglu, Grkan, and Aktas (2014) challenging workload is one of the factors of job satisfaction. Workload can be overwhelming to employees if it exceeds the employees working ability. Eventually, it causes job dissatisfaction and psychological withdrawal from the job.
